• Compatibility Analysis: AI-generated compatibility scores and relationship predictions

You understand and agree that AI features are tools to assist in your dating journey and do not guarantee relationship success. All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only.

6. SUBSCRIPTION, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Free Plan: TRUSYNQ offers a free tier with 10 daily likes and 5 daily messages, giving all users access to core matching and messaging features.

Premium and Pro Subscriptions: Paid plans unlock expanded daily limits, advanced filters, incognito mode, priority support, and more. Current pricing:

• Premium: $14.99/month — 50 daily likes, 20 messages, advanced filters
• Pro: $29.99/month — Unlimited likes and messages, all premium features, dedicated support

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are displayed clearly before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription page
• Refunds will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Cancellation: You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to premium features (if any) will end at the current billing period's conclusion
• Your profile and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

7. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to TRUSYNQ. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

We do not guarantee that you will find a match or romantic partner through our Service. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSYNQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend, lock, or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. When an account is locked, you will be notified of the reason and given the opportunity to submit an appeal through the Support page. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
